  • my MRI scan of 2008 show I have complete ACL tear and tear of the meniscal this is on both knees, it happen when I was 18 (1986) and I never had surgery I am now 43 and yes even now I have had the some swelling but that is rare now and I find cycling my bike 20 miles a day 4 days a week as really helped, I don't have much knee pain any more thanks to cycling but everyone tell me I should still have surgery or I will be in trouble when I am older...

    any advice?

  • @robhingston Absolutely. For advice specific to your condition, it would be best to speak directly with one of our specially trained clinicians. Call 1-866-UH4-CARE and ask for Sports Medicine to be connected. Good luck.
