I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy all of the WKRP episodes with the original music. Its my favourite show - I'm only sorry I didn't tape them when I had the chance. - the new version with the altered music just isn't the same.
GREAT JOB! You really hit some of the highlights... What I would give for a DVD of ALL the shows with the original soundtrack... AC/DC, Floyd, etc. The first season sold in the stores really sucked as the soundtrack was was replaced with no-name junk. Sad...
Love that last scene--the cake splattered all over Andy, Venus feeling so bad after a serious drunk that he can only crawl out of the room on his hands and knees, and Johnny impishly "sampling" a fistful of the cake before scooting out the door! omg, I miss this show soooo much!! :-)
I'm a woman - grew up loving the show. Excellent writing.
To this day, I still think Bailey (Jan Smithers) was one of the most stunning woman on television - and her character had brains and integrity too! :)))
@sexytyper88---- Ask the guys watching at the time, it was Bailey hands down. Jennifer had her own attributes, but she couldn't TOUCH Bailey. Like Mary Ann or (whatever) on Gilligans island. Mary Ann in a walk.
One of the best shows of all time. Really great job, but not enough Bailey. Especially Bailey wearing Fever's T shirt. Or Bailey at the softball game.
