@iliri1982 its most likely your diet. approx 80% of your success is determined by your nutrition and only 20% on your exercising, believe me dieting is the hardest part about staying healthy but you'll soon come to love healthier foods. Remember to have 5 - 6 smaller meals a day every 2 - 3 hours rather than 3 large meals, 1 - 1.5g of protein and carbs per pound of bodyweight if you are trying to see those abs! and not too much saturated fats, but plenty of omega 3's and monounsaturated!

MAYBE that will decrease the chances of salmonella but the whites can't be digest none the less. It's always best to do extensive research before coming up with diets anyway. You should try researching online or something to know for sure how the egg whites work within our bodies. If I'm wrong I apologize beforehand but I'm pretty sure I'm correct

I agree with you Lee, when I increased my vegetable intake, I used them for my primary carb intake most of the time...and even though I was taking in less calories and carbs...my energy skyrocketed. Power of the veggies.
