The belly is white superhair. Again, use the colors to 'match the hatch'. One good combo is whitle on the bottom, some silver flash in the middle and one or two shades of a green/gray on top. This mimics a lot of fish in my area of NE Florida.

Select the top color to match the local fish you are trying to match. In the video, he is using a very light olive green but try tying them in different colors.

The belly is made of super hair (aka supreme hair and many other names). The flash layer above the belly is flashabou or angel hair. The top layer is more super hair in a light green color.

The blue light comes with the kit and is of a special frequency/color to cure the acrylic. Many suspect this is the same light used by dentists to cure the stuff they use.
