it was an interesting section but the UN need to put more effort by collaborating more with home base NGO's working to help rehabiltate and empower women,also with the collaboration of the countries envolve. For any country to experience peace the need to deal with the female factor and give them a say. Rwnda is an examle. But i dont think it is a cultural factor but it is a thing going out around the world
