Stupid. This is the old CAHM (center for addiction and mentel health). Located in Whitby Ontario. The place has since been torn down to make way for a housing development. It's kinda of a ubran legend but i doubt its haunted. I've personally been there a few times and didn't see feel or photograph anything.
