Oh My God, you are the most unimformed person on the planet. Do you get your disinformation from Rush Limbaugh? What are you talking about? Health care would insure almost 100% of Americans like it does in every Western Democratic country in the world.
@john48martin both of my grandparents came from Croatia...moved back and forth many times but finally decided to stay in america because they both have cancer and cant get the treatment they need in other countries..as you know countries in europe are about as close together as our states and they could not find any place like the United States where they could get the care and treatment to prolong both of their lives...had they stayed in europe where healthcare is a disaster they wouldntbealive
@john48martin fuck Rush Limbaugh..our healthcare system may not cover lazy ass fucks and illegals but it sure is the best in the fuckin world or else so many people wouldnt come for treatment from all over the world...
You express yourself in the most immature way that i have ever heard. Are you saying that George Bush rolled over and let his critics fuck him while Obama is a strong, focused leader who defends his actions with substance or are you a 12 year old?
"the spirits are up" Oh, yeah really well spoken for the biggest moron ever to speak the English language. He couldn't imagine a black man ever being President because as he says "he grew up in the 60's" and you know he hasn't seen much since then.
You forgot what has been happening for the past 8 years haven't you? You forgot that the George Bush irresponsible drunken sailor steal all the money in the treasury and give it to Dick Cheney and Donald Rumseld's "former" companies policy bankrupted America. Quick, what did you have for breakfast? And don't ask Mom.
i can just as easily say this: when bush was in office, huge spending and government growth was considered hes a dumbass war monger,
when obama does it hes the most intelligent man on the earth, hes the messiah, our hero,
obama isnt getting attacked nearly as much as bush did publicly, their were two sitcoms about bush while he was in office, and the shows were not pro bush...stop treating him like a victim
Unfortunately you have not addressed one of my points but you use bitch and fuck a lot for a "rational" college student. Do you want to respond to your comment that only 4% of people would get help? Who would tell you such crap. I can only believe you get your misinformation from Rush. Sorry about that.
My parents were Rupublican before Obama and now they changed their views and voted for him. thats the kind of influence this great man has on everyone. Obama forever!
John McCain lost because people were sick and tired of the HEAD Republican...GWB! He's a liar, a theif and glory hound. He wanted to be President to be President, not to do the job. He doesn't care what anybody thinks about him. He's an ass-hole, and if Obama won't initiate charges for war crimes onto him & Cheney, I hope some other Country DOES! He deserves to rot in prison with the rest of the criminals!

I don't think the Conservatives have the power to do that, especially since the Democrats also captured much of congress, so the Conservatives don't have much of anything. Fact is that the left making it hard for Bush only happened within the last two years when they took congress in 2006.
Conservatives will get the last laugh as we watch the big platform of Obama lies implode. It is the Conservatives turn to ride Obama at every turn & ankle bite & second guess Obama's every move & make his time in the White House as miserable as the left did to Bush.
I voted for George W. Bush in 2000 and in 2004, and have never regretted my decision. I take a lot of heat from this especially since I still support him and his presidency.
Here is a compilation of my thoughts as well as snippets I have pulled from researching concerns I had in an effort to better help me defend my position:
In 2000, Islamic radicals bombed the U.S. destroyer Cole. Again, the Clinton team failed to act. By his own admission, Bin Laden concluded that his suspicion of American weakness was correct.
Bin Laden saw his theory of U.S. weakness vindicated during the Clinton era. In 1993, Islamic radicals bombed the World Trade Center. The Clinton administration did little. In 1996, Muslim terrorists attacked the Khobar Towers facility on a U.S. base in Saudi Arabia. No response. In 1998, Al Qaeda bombed two U.S. embassies in Africa. Clinton responded with a few perfunctory strikes in Sudan and Afghanistan. These did no harm to Al Qaeda & only strengthened the perception of American ineptitude.
Interesting that 9/11 happened on Bush's watch and not Clinton's. Now our troops are being killed in massive numbers in a place Al Queda never was, but they are now.
Four planes into the World Trade Center would have been NOTHING compared to what terrorists would have done next if Clinton would have been in office 9/11! However, this fact is something that no one will ever really know because we have been safe on this soil for over 7 years; a credit I give Bush.
The "blood for oil" thing? If he were trading blood for oil we would've already seized Iraq's oil fields and let the rest of the country go to hell.
The "Bush Lied...People Died" phrase? If he were the liar liberals take him for, he could have easily had chemical weapons planted in Iraq so they could be "discovered." Instead, he owned up to the fact that the intelligence was faulty. The rest of the world thought Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, same as Bush. Regime change in Iraq was official US policy before Bush came into office. Clinton established that policy.
The war was a mistake many say. What else could have possibly been the last straw if not 9/11 to FIGHT? The hell with what the world thinks of us. When they have four planes fly into buildings where people jump to their deaths, make heart wrenching calls home to moms, dads, husbands, wives before they know they are going to DIE...only then do I want to hear what the rest of the world thinks about this country and George W. Bush because after 9/11, I really don't care.
@FugitiveCon Hold on to those thoughts..... how I would like to see the light drain from your demeanor as our uneasiness with the rest of the world becomes our downfall. How arrogant of you.
Coming from someone who lists their hobbies as: "My hobbies include smoking mushrooms and injecting star power. Sometimes I chew fire plants too. I'm afraid i'm an addict." I'll consider the source.

What a moron-oh no, it wasn't my fault, I'll just blame everything on everyone else. The deregulation and free trade regulate yourself banking rules his administtation pushed is directly responsible for this economic mess, and Bush was right in the middle of it. He's too stupid and too arrogant to admit he is the problem.
george...don't let the door hit ya' in the ass on way out...and enjoy your time as you crawl back into the bottle...W knows the deal...driving around the ranch...drinking Jack Daniels is the way to go...'cause it won't roll off the front seat...he's no dummy...you betcha'!!!
I personally Don't like Bush but do any of you stupid extreme not regular but extreme wring wing nuts not he knows how to anwser questions. I wonder why Palin can't??
This man is an IDIOT. THis mess on wall street is a result of a decade or more of radical deregulation of our financial markets which lead to dangerous risk taking, fraud, and greed based decision making. The problems have been compaounded by this dickheads failure to ensure proper oversight of our markets and his failure to respond in a timely manner to the nascent mortgaage crisis. GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!
even if Hillary would have read the national intelligence reports, it did not include details that were only available to the president...
personally i has driven me away from the republicans is their attack on science. stem cells, evolution, Health class, and green technologies... i will not vote republican until they cut the religious right out of the base

RE: Fugitive Con
If terrorists were such an important threat, then why didnt Bush deal with them as soon as he came into power.
Enough speculations about why stuff happened though, all we can do is look at the facts:
1. We were attacked on our soil under the Bush administration
2. Bush has did nothing to catch the actual perpratrators of the attack.
3. Bush oversaw this country come under financial ruin.

Honestly I think your perspective has been obscured in a very baleful manner. People not caring about the rest of the world's thoughts isn't very wise if you ask me. It scares the hell out of me
