Coach Urban Meyer thinks Riley is the complete package. He made some comment about him being the best tackling offensive player and if you watch it's really true. He's in there all the time blocking for his fellow playmakers.

i played against riley cooper in a high school he hawked down our running from like 30 yards he was fast as shit, good hands, and can hit he returned a kickoff against us we lost our best player trying to tackle him then shit went down hill after that
