i went to his basketball camp he made us do that too. he made all the ball handling drills look easy. He even dunked cause he got bored it was awesome cause we were right under the hoop
it takes a lot of energy to play PG, he needs to do daily sprints like jordan did to gain stamina. that would make his game even more vicious. then hed be able to stay in the game longer too.
yea i used to have a hard time keeping up with naturally athletic guys. i had to run to the breaking point like 4-5 times a week once my body got used to it. Then i pushed it even more. before i ran a 5k in 31 minutes. now i cut it down to 16 minutes.
yea you gotta take advantage of a gym. Run a lot, do some circuit weight training. Your body can handle a lot of strain when you condition it properly. Once your training routine feels a little easier, you gotta push it a little more.
