We don't find greece as a threat,

and we never did.

The reason we stopped attacking Southern Cyprus is because America stopped us, and back then they were much stronger then us. Now Turkey is ally with America, they let America have parts of Turkey to set up there Nuclear stations, so, now obviously Turkey will not be scared of Greece. We never have mate, not Ottoman Empire, not now. Plus Greece is in alot of debt already, we can take over whenever we need too.

i hope one day turkey will be strong enough in its security not to see its neighbor Greece as a threat, but as an ally, and cyprus will be able to open up to possibilities. Neither greece or turkey can fix cyprus, they can't interfere again but they can help it help itself, like two parents helping their child. east is east and west is west. but greece and turkey have parts of both. they must recognize some similarity to allow for a deeper connection that can positively impact politics as usual.
