This famous sequence was all shot in Downtown Salt Lake City,the water fountain scene is right in front of the old Salt Lake courthouse.Then they cut to the studio in Kansas City for the doctor scene.
Still one of the best and most frighting movies ever. This movie is what Nightmares are made of. I tried to turn some of my friends on to this movie but in the age of cheap thrills and slasher flicks,it was a no go.

All cgi effects these days; no sense of suspence or storytelling. Some still appreciate a good spooky story.
