  • How often can you train for example a slow muscle up on rings? I'm doing assisted ring MU and levers with elastics but want to work into a pure exercise. I just wonder how you know if you are overtraining or is that even possible with bodyweight exercises. These are certainly 100% effort exercises. I find it hard to take a day off......and all the moves seem to require the same muscle groups or close.

  • Yeah I work with Sam. He a team level gymnastics coach. Very good coach, super nice guy. He still does lots of gymnastics and lots of circus stunts. Dude is ripped as shit. Im 180lb of pretty much all muscle and i would still never want to be punched my sam. haha

  • Can you actually show us this guy's workout routines/circuits instead of just showing us what workouts to do to get stronger?...its pretty important to know how many exercises/sets/reps/ we should be doing in a workout training towards a certain move such as the planche.

    i think this channel should be dedicated 75% for the people who need to find ways to get strong enough to do something "realistically attainable" like 100 pushups or a 1 handed pull up, benching 15% over their own body weight, etc

  • How can I train for these things when I don't have parks and these things around my area? Sadly, there aren't even any open gyms or gyms at all. I have work-out gyms, of course, which I go to, but nothing for gymnastics.

  • this is incredible, but i don't see a point to put this extremely exercises here, unless u put here just to us see those incredible things that are almost impossible. It's great anyway, but I think the majority here want "normal" exercises, to do in home, or somewhere else.

  • @vejovlog I don't know about you but in the long run this is what i am striving for, i already have a lot of this stuff down and all it took was a few years of commitment. if you want normal exercises stick to squats and pushups. This is just a demonstration the actual tutorials are very helpful and informative on how to achieve this eventually.

  • @00SENNENGOROSHI00 Dude, I've been training back lever and front lever for over 6 months now. I can officially hold a full back lever and I believe I am within a month from attaining a full front lever! Also, getting close on one armed chins! Train hard and reap the benefits!

  • @00SENNENGOROSHI00 I know the feeling, too. Athletics happens one day at a time, and slower than you wish. Maybe your routine is just getting stale. If so, find ways to make interesting again.

    One thing though, it is better to be motivated by passion than fear.

  • @parkourip i definitely agree with you there as i know it helps build strength. but aesthetically im a bit on the thin size even though i can muscleup, handstand pushup ,etc. I guess its just going to come down to my calorie intake. and boosting that up to gain a little weight
