  • People: we are in a Stalinist dictatorship run by the Catholic Perverted gay childfucking church. Seriously... they sent a fuckn kid fucker from the local hospital to remove guardianship of my retarded adult son simply to destabilize me while they tortured me in fed court. They are Evil Beyond Comparison. Borgia is Alive and Well. Jesuits who rape/kill eat children and then proudly drink thier ass-blood simply call their Anal wipe FaggotFriends and Jewboy here goes to ... JAIL ! Fuck them.

  • most of you are Blinded. Please: I obtained police a/v and posted it proving how wells fargo called police here on jul 18 to defame/crimainalize and then they SWAT arrested me on July 29 on a faked 911 call. some on this channel, all linked via 3w osunrise dot com... i just put in charges of Genocide, attempted Murder, kidnapping, etc against Wells Fargo et al. They are dead horsemeat for what they did to me in Eugene OR and captured / filed FBI in advance ! police are THAT stupid/arrogant

  • @jonhrjantzvideo You 'occupiers' are all about quoting the Founders - when it suits YOUR purpose... so I'll say it one more time....The First Amendment right to protest DOES NOT allow infringement on the rights of others.

Go home, take a shower and 'occupy your local voting booth.'

  • These occutards accomplish nothing

  • This video seems much more like an attempt by the police to excuse their poor behavior then it shows any real case of violence against a horse. The truly sad part for me is that this is a sidetracked conversation at best. The police suck at crowd control, always have, always will. So talking about it is just a waste of time.

  • Too bad these horses cant do a capriole.

  • @towerclimber37 And your obvious obsession with other guy's junk is not surprising, coming from a wingnut, since we all know that every single one of the Conservatives/Republicans are gay, using your pathetic logic.

  • Oh, I'm sorry; I thought you'd prove that you WEREN'T a dumbass, so that I'd regret my remark. Instead, you confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt just how stupid you are.

  • I've read a lot of the comments and I just wanted to say this: No system is perfect. People will always find the corrupt way to make money. I believe the system we have today is the best one which goes which goes with our constitution. I also believe that schools need to be doing a better job of teaching it. A lot of people seem like they only learned a portion of the Constitution and the Amendments.

  • I don't care how unnecessary they thought the police presence was that asshole didn't need to hit the horse. I would have gone apeshit on his ass. He couldn't have been too 'peaceful' if he hit an innocent horse. How can anyone defend that behavior, no matter what side of the debate you're on.

  • @towerclimber37 That part preceding that, where there was no need for the cops to be on the scene. In your mind, if I'm standing somewhere and three guys come up and start pushing me around, I deserve it because I was involved in violent activity, even though they were the ones who brought it to me.

Watching that clip, you see where police push protesters down to the ground with their batons, which is excessive force. And when you're protesting authority, refusing to obey authority is standard.

  • @towerclimber37 The protest did not require riot police. Riot police were sent. Just because the city over-reacted doesn't mean the protest wasn't peaceful before that. You're looking at a 48-second clip on the Internet.

  • @towerclimber37 It's your opinion that it's a mob. Your opinion is ill-informed.

  • @towerclimber37 From this and your other comments here, it is apparent you don't understand the First Amendment, U.S. history or crowd control. This is a lawful gathering of citizens. Just because you declare it a mob does not make it so. Welcome to America.

  • @towerclimber37 Oh, aren't you just the great, big, Constitutional scholar! How pathetic that you try to use the Constitution to silence those protesting-as in, using their Constitutional rights.

  • Well... this video validates the status quo. All that stuff about income disparity, corruption in our political process, and the militarization of our police force is JUST PLAIN WRONG! america is completely fine. IN FACT! AMERICA IS BETTER THAN EVER! I'm going to continue working 70 hours a day just to hold my head above water. I'm sure I'll be rewarded for my hard work someday.

  • Stand up for animal rights and boycott Occupy Wall Street for their cruelty to animals.

  • @RealityStar9 Yes, because 1 or 2 lunkheads are the ENTIRE OWS!

    Dumbass.

  • Only cowards hurt peaceful animals. I hope that was an accident.

  • I notice that the police are trying to trample that women along with two other men. That's sick using animals as your weapon against another human being!

  • @chic0stix no, they were trying to get away from the guy that punched the horse in the head, and another guy tries to pull him off of his horse.

  • Comment removed

  • can we please see some more intelligence in these posting. all i see is people just bad mouthing the clip and others, and people not being prepared before they post. congrats to towerclimber37 for picking up his game, but still lacking. you can desent but bring stuff to back it up.

  • @towerclimber37 what if there is a building in my way or a fallen tree, i have to walk around it. in the same way if someone standing some where, you can not stand there also, you must walk around them. We can not apply right when we deem it fit. We must work with those around us. All the law say is that we can not stop you from going from A to B, but not that you can take whatever route you want. There is consititutional rights and there is rights given by the courts. There is a difference.

  • If that was my horse I'd have asked him to BITE her.

  • This filthy bum is lucky it wasn't me on the back of that horse. He wouldn't be doing that again any time soon.

  • Hippies hate animals too,

  • What kind of a man hits a defenseless animal? Drop and give me fifty!

  • I was a Mounted Peace Officer. If someone hit my horse.....they draw back a bloody stump.

  • Yes the horse is struck. You kinda kind see the guy in the blue jacket's arm go up and then you see the horse jerk. Those horse are trained well, but will still jump when struck. You also see the officer on top reach for the guy who stuck the horse. I hope they find the protester who struck the horse. The animal didn't do anything to deserve be struck.

  • These people are crazy, look at their faces. This is Obama's world, this it what he knows and does...a professional agitator.

  • @ambsie0 yes blaming other will resolve the issue. why not hold the man who it the horse accountable for his action. i hope you hear the sarcasm. this is not the only time people have gotten fed up with what those in government is doing. So don't just blame Obama.

  • A people claim this is a mass grass roots movement lol No respectable hard working American wants to be associated with these bums.

  • @Sionn5 Keep telling yourself that as more people join them every single day

  • did you notice that fruitcake doing some kind of finger magic (making a circle with his hands)? buncha drugged out losers

  • @VeraSt101 no he was not doing magic stuff. but good try at putting up a strawman. now if you want to talk about what happen in the video please do. but leave out the bullcrap.

  • before the guy elbows the horse, he and a girl were pushed by a cop with a nightstick. she falls to the ground and is out of frame, the guy who was pushed tries to get his balance, leaning on someone he was pushed against, and when another protester comes out of the crowd to help and grabs his shoulder, he responds by throwing his elbow back, which hits the horse.

the guy didn't "punch a horse". he had been pushed from behind and was grabbed from behind and was defending himself, instinctively.

  • @stevegelder Looked to me like he turned around and looked at the horse, then hit it. None of it would have happened if the crowd had peacefully moved out, but there wasn't much "peaceful" about that crowd.

  • @minowekay The crowd doesn't have to move out. Read your First Amendment. They are allowed to assemble and protest. If he hit the horse deliberately, that is wrong, no doubt. The Occupy Movement advocates peaceful protest. But, as I was pointing out, he didn't just walk up and "strike a horse" - there was a lot going on. His reaction may have been inappropriate, but it's somewhat understandable.

  • @stevegelder Not very observant are ya! The cop tried to pull her out of the way of a horse! You know something that could trample her. You are clueless idiot!

  • @SDThunder001 Look at around 31 seconds in and learn the difference between "push" and "pull" before you call anyone a clueless idiot. The girl was pushed down by two cops.

  • @stevegelder Are you stupid? 2 cops did not push her down IDIOT! Also, are you as dumb as this girl to attempt to stand in the pathway of a moving horse? Just gotta love morons like the SteveGelders of the world!

  • @SDThunder001 Using the word idiot when you can't see two cops pushing a girl down makes me think you're probably just trolling for a fight. I'm not interested. There's video that proves what I say, right above your statements.

  • Allow marxist ideology in our government and classroom and what do you expect?

  • @mn8aol and by allowing capitalism in to goverment you get "enron scandle", deregulation that polluted the hudson river so bad you could not swim in it any more, you get government tailoring bills to special interest groups. no one ideology is perfect. at least karl marx was thinking about those around him. we need to take the best of each idea and use them where they work. no public works would be around if people did not use some of the ideas of marxism

  • @bishop2079 --“Watch out, you’ll get your brains washed.“ Edward Hunter

  • @mn8aol quoting others will not get you pass your ignorance, only education will. Please read your history and study economics are something. You only make yourself look like an idiot, when you speak without understanding.

  • @bishop2079 -- "The revolution in curriculum is that we no longer are teaching facts to children. We no longer see the teaching of facts and information as the primary outcome of education. " -- Dr. Shirley McCune keynote speech at the Governors Conference on Education, 1989

  • @bishop2079 I'm guessing Marx could spell scandal...

  • @WilliamRiversPitt if that is all you could comment on than you are found wanting. if you can not dispute my comments than as the saying goes " if you have nothing to add, keep your mouth shut".

  • The police are being much too gentle with these assholes. But I can understand it in Portland--a town completely infested with liberals and leftards ( a political dumb and dumber).

  • Too bad the cops didn't stampeded the horses and take out some of these assholes who are breathing valuable air we normal people need.

  • @8myear what is normal!? someone like you who seems to condone violence against others. if that is the case, i like it that i am abnormal.

  • @bishop2079 Cops taking care of asshole protesters who are causing trouble is normal.

  • Liberals, such cowards and pussies.

  • @8myear Yeah! They should be tough guys like you, posting your powerful message on Youtube, right?

    Boot-licker.

  • @trog69 Tool.

  • @towerclimber37 first of all you state the first admendment, which says nothing about travel. Second the case law you cited talks about moving inbetween states, that is what ingress, (move into) and egress ( move out of) implies. Now please read what you are posting, before hand. I don't think you have too many more body parts you can stick in your mouth.

  • @towerclimber37 here it is from the governments own page: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". so you need to read your first amendment rights, or have they not taught that in class yet!!!

  • @bishop2079 Does the First Amendment mention harassing fellow citizens in order to make your point? Camping on private property in order to make your point? I'm going to have to re-read the First Amendment, 'cause I missed that completely. I thought it mainly meant you can confront "Government." Even the cops aren't really "Government," and it's kinda dumb to harass cops (unless you're after great footage showing how mean The Man is to you, of course).

  • @minowekay yes it does it is called "freedom of speech". It allow citizen to speak freely about the ideas they have, also with "freedom to assemble" they can gather together in public places and discuss ideas. even if others do not like them. From my understanding the two parks and the sidewalks and streets are public domain. Police officers are there to portect and serve everyone, when they fail to do that the are no longer police officers. They are no more above the law then we are.

  • It's sad to see the Portland Police riding horses into protesters. Then trying to use that same video to claim the protesters were at fault when it was actually the police initiated conflict to provoke a response. Not sure what I would do if a group of men on horses were trying to knock me over with force.

  • @johnrjantzenvideos If you were a good, law abiding citizen... you would move!

and @towersclimbers37... the first amendment does not give one the right to take up residence on either public or private property. Nor does it give one the right to prevent others from conducting their business, traveling the roadways, etc, etc, etc.

Our Founding Fathers are rolling over in their graves at the bastardization of their profound words!!!

  • @TheUnicornsimage the law allows us to desent and protest, and speak freely about our thoughts, and assemble, and abolish the government if we teem it not to be working correctly. so our founding fathers would not be rolling in their graves because the bastardization, but to people not reading the document at all. Please read what your forefather wrote before you speak on their behalf.

  • @TheUnicornsimage : Yes, I'm sure George and company were all like "OK, now we can shoot the redcoats, jut don't block their commute to work."

  • @TheUnicornsimage If what your country is doing seems to you practically and morally wrong, is dissent the highest form of patriotism - Thomas Jefferson

  • dude at :7 sec does not look peaceful at all.. some are.. but I've seen too many like him.

  • @towerclimber37 i checked and nowhere does it say travel unimpeded. please read the bill of rights, before you stick your foot in your mouth. i know it may impeded you travel, but i am sorry to say it is not your right.

  • it looks to me the police were pushing people with their horses and the women fell when the rear end of the horse bumped her and she fell. it seem to me that if i was about to be trampled by a horse or some close to me that i am trying to help is, i too would push back to get my space to move. but that just me.

  • Animal cruelty. F you, occupy scumbags! Go occupy hell. Assaulting innocent animals is NOT "free speech", you jackasses. I bet a bunch of those morons are vegans too, but it's OK with them to punch an horse in the face. D-bags.

  • These protesters pushed an elderly woman down stairs, harassed a wheelchair bound woman, terrorized small school children walking to school, why is it such a surprise that they would abuse an animaI?

  • @DMartyr11 they also harrassed my friend and her employees who work at the chase bank downtown. calling them names.. when all they were doing was working and making a living.

  • I knew I saw that yesterday!! The local news stations showed it from another angle, and the woman who got pepper sprayed looks like she also struck an officer. Look at the footage!

  • These idiots are dumber than the horses are as is evident by who is out of control. It is time to end this at all cost. I don't care how many of the lazy unemployed idiots get trampled, gassed, or even crippled. Put an end to this now!

  • One guy elbow strike the horse, so the cop hit the different guy instead? That makes sense!

  • WOW you managed to cut it so you cant see me getting my foot crushed by the horse.. watch my video and youll see.. thanks.. i have a broken foot because i was on the side walk

  • @RealPotland HAHAHAHA! You deserved it. Next time the police ask you to clear the roadway, maybe you'll listen.

  • @DMartyr11 and the next time you get bullied by the police you will open your eyes and see that just because they wear a badge that the are not perfected and can be mean and cruel to others.

  • these fuckers need to occupy a damn desk and get a fucking job. how dare they take it out on an animal Get the fuck out of portland!

  • @grantiell hire them and fucking give them a job. there are ones who would love a job, but noone is giving them to them. I am not saying just give them a job, but if they have the skills hire. I have applied to over hundred jobs i was qualified to do and still no job. stop shouting bullcrap and do something to help people.

  • look closely. The officer never strikes the woman. He tries to pull her away from the hostile crowd several times, yet she keeps trying to go to one guy, who I can only assume is her bf, who is not acting as peacful as she is. The officers are trying to get her away from the hostile crowd so she does not get tramples or hurt.

  • I'm not one of these occupy portland people, I'm not always on the police side either. However, I took a good look. I really don't see it at all.. I see no one punching the horse. many of these officers have gone over 24 hours without sleep. I think that being sleep deprived is clouding their judgment. I think everyone needs to go home. The protesting is only hurting the little guy. Standing in the streets, blocking traffic, banks, you're only hurting small businesses and regular people.

  • PPB: Your excessive, aggressive, and counterproductive show of force yesterday @N17 created the mess at 6th & Yamhill that led to this horse being INADVERTENTLY struck. The man in blue clearly had his arms raised and as he turned, the neck of the horse was struck by the man's forearm or elbow. Furthermore, horses DO NOT belong in "riot control" situations, the volatility and violence of which are of your own creating.

  • I saw a woman get trampled by a horse and other people rush to help her. I never saw anything thrown or hit or strike a horse. i saw a horse get spooked.

  • Occupy Portland is a joke now. 6 weeks into it.. YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING! Please go home and get a decent job!

  • @goodbyewaves7 "Please go home and get a decent job!" That's what the movement is all about, you idiot. There ARE no decent jobs. THAT is the problem.

  • @scizessita I didn't name call. There is no need to call me names. That's just plain rude. There are jobs out there.. people are just lazy here in Portland.

  • @goodbyewaves7 it is lazy of you not to go down and check things out. there are some who are lazy but alot of people are being taken advantage of. so it would be wise to look at everything first

  • @bishop2079 I've been down there.. it's chaos and it's not worth it. I DO NOT support them one bit.

  • @goodbyewaves7 for one i have been looking for a job for the last two months, averaging 6 applications/resumes a day and still try to get work at labor ready. There are jobs out there but too many people have their panties in a bunch that the are missing out on people who are skilled and ready to work and they are not hiring.

  • @bishop2079 you are one of the few. most portlanders are freakin lazy. good luck and keep up the job hunt! somehthing is out there! may have to work few lame jobs till then. that's what I had to do!

  • @goodbyewaves7 uh, that is name-calling, dumbass.

  • OH HELL NO! I would have socked the living daylights out of the person who hit that horse. Horse did NOTHING!

  • @goodbyewaves7 I agree the horse did nothing but the rider controlling it did. we can not blame the horse for the action of it's owner. but hold those in command of these animal responsible for thier actions. the officer was using the animal to push people, the guy in blue push back. both are responsible for thier own actions but those in authority should be held to a higher standard, because the are thier to protect EVERYONE, even the worse of them.

  • @bishop2079 agreed. although I believe the officer was trying to clear the way. and although I don't see a whole lot of room.. lots of protestors.. the blue jacket dude acted out in violence and that is wrong. I am in agreeance that these poor animals should not be used in instances like this.

  • Officer B9 is responsible for entire incident. S/he is initially pulled back by officer behind then again breaks out of formation and hits at the unresisting woman whose hands were raised, as she is simultaneously being counter-pushed by mounted officers. Thank you, PPB. Another big abuse of force settlement to be paid out of Portland's ever-dwindling coffers thanks to your out-of-control thugs.

  • WHO IS NUMBER 89 WHO VIOLENTLY STRIKES A WOMAN TO THE GROUND WHO HAS HER ARMS UP????

  • If this guy hit a horse he should have been arrested. That is NOT ok and not what Occupy Portland is about. WE ARE PEACEFUL. I wanna know why this girl w/ her hands in the air was struck by an officer to the ground! What was she doing that warranted the use of force? Officers should never use force on a person just standing there.

  • was the horse injured? It looked inadvertent and minor to my eyes.

  • @raineyfalls still doesn't give anyone the right.

  • It does appear that the man in blue has his elbow up near the horse's (well-protected) head, but given the fact that he'd nearly been trampled by two horses and was proceeding to stand back up and raise his arms in a very tense, crowded situation, I think it would be impossible to prove that his intent was to physically harm to the horse, as that would clearly not be to his benefit at that moment.

  • If one of you dirt bag pussy OWS asswipes hit my horse... you'd hope I'd stop at a couple punches.

  • @horsearcherlady Hey, it's Internet Tough Girl! Wow, how very brave and powerful you must be.

    Drop dead, nitwit.

  • I didn't see anyone hit a horse (can someone give a pointer to which horse, at what timestamp?) However, I do hear booing from the crowd, which is what I'd think would happen if someone did something violent to an innocent animal at a protest that tries to be peaceful.

  • @davburns it happens at :39.. you see the horse jolt it's head and then the officers attach the LUNATIC who did it. the horse did nothing..

  • @goodbyewaves7 thank you, I see it now.... poor horse :(

  • @davburns look at 37- 41 seconds

  • If someone hit the horse, I think that's terrible. I watched the vid several times and I can't see anyone hitting a horse, though. It appears to me that the PPD thinks that if they label a video a certain way, people will look at that label and just accept that it happened.

  • Is there video pf prior to this? Cause all I see are the people who were shoved out into the road off the sidewalk by the PPD on their horses. How do you expect a large goupe of people to stay on the sidewalk when you're trying to ride horses down it?

  • Here is an idea....step 1. Police say you need to leave this area, its a lawful command STEP 2. Protester, refuses lawful command STEP 3. Police enforce the law by physically moving them STEP 4. Tell me what the police did wrong? I welcome all thoughts?

  • @kristopherdunlap1 first was it a lawful command second is the law justified third was it the most effective step to take. we have the right to desent, if not we all be slaves. one of the legal definations of kidnapping is to physically to move someone else without their consent. the police are not above the law, are they? if not your police officer is wrong and should be arrested, correct?

  • Soldiers fight for rights. Police protect rights. This group of spoiled, entitled children are only causing problems. Go PPD.

  • I don't like that this ONE trouble maker was an excuse to treat the peaceable people badly.

  • 0:39 the guy in the blue rainjacket (the one who previously loses his red hat after getting a truncheon shove in the back) elbows the horse in the neck. It's actually very clear. (Try 720P if it's not clear to you.) The horses are very even tempered; it flinches but that's it. The rider is not so happy however.

  • Where is the horse being struck? But anyhow, I agree it is totally wrong to use animals in this matter. You know the best way to keep to horses safe in this situation? Stop trying to ride people down with them.

  • So the pig hit a woman and knocked her down but that was OK. Welcome to the real America. The whole world can finally see it for what it is.

  • If you were not there do not bitch about the state of the economy, government, and your dwindling lifestyle. Just keep complaining about The Occupy Movement and tomorrow you can complain about the next celeberty shock story that distracts you on your TV. #NOTSORRY

  • Officer 89 (99?) pushed down hippie chick and her due from behind (coward), as man in blue jacket is getting up after having hit the ground mounted officer calls to him, as he raises his arms to show he is no threat and turns he elbows the horse on the side of the neck. The protesters were hit in the back harder than the horse was struck.

As usual, spin it again Sam.

  • @flyingwolf79 Should be Dude not due.

  • Any action that took place is the direct result of officer 89 for pushing down peaceful protesters. He should be held accountable for everything then on and should be grateful that things didn't end up worse than they did.

  • I do not see a horse struck in this video. I HIGHLY doubt that anyone would strike a shielded horse with a phone.

Further, at the :32 mark, you can see officer 89 (99?) strike a protester who had their back to the officer. This is quite cowardly and hopefully this officer will receive reprimand.

  • At :39 I do see a man strike a horse. I am not sure if that was intentional or not but one of his fellow protesters had just been knocked to the ground from behind.

  • I had to rewatch it several times but I think it is the man in the denim-color blue jacket, on the other side of the horse. Very Mean of him.

  • Here come all the #OWS idiots who can't take it for face value. Your 'movement' has accomplished bother but leaving a path of carnage wherever you go. I am thoroughly enjoying watching this whole thing go down the drain.

  • @trevgore666 Whatever Fox News.

  • I replayed it a few times, and I did see a protestor hitting a horse. Aren't these the type of people to join PETA? What hypocrites.

  • It really looked intentional. (insert sarcastic tone)

  • THose occupy ppl are naughty. Poor horse.

  • At 39 seconds the guy in the blue windbreaker behind the horse on the right appears to elbow the horse in the neck.

  • Maybe if you treated these people like humans fighting for rights rather than sitting on your high horse then these situations wouldn't escalate. Who do you protect? I saw a tense situation and a fellow protester, not ok with things going the way they were going, preventing further issue. I saw a cop on a horse being a bully.

  • I do not see anyone punching a horse. It looks like two horses just knocked down the couple between them.
