  • Ah yes, nothing like a great band playing a spirited version of a great song in front of......a bunch of mannequins.

  • is the audience dead ?

  • Great crowd.

  • "A card so wild and high we should burn it!" Eat the rich!

  • @tomeeeee1 Sorry man missed your comment fucking A+B+C

  • ace totally love it 1000 stars right up there with skids duce et decorum est

  • No sitting down in my house to this one. Might be the City Hall in Newcastle i saw them there and the bouncers made people stay in their seats - nearly caused a riot and the band were not chuffed!

  • Do you know where this was filmed? It's so weird to see the audience sitting there like they're watching a movie; I want to get up and dance!

  • @soozek

It's an old late night UK TV show called The Old Grey Whistle Test

Recorded live in the studio, minus audience :)

  • A classic!!!

  • A greatsing by a great band!!!

  • "While all the city's on fire It's not between you and me But we are losing The luck of a thousand stars Can't get me out of this..." The words of a Luftwaffe Night Fighter Pilot who sees the end... "There are people I have loved Hypnotized by lies In defensive disguise Some say protect and survive I say it's over"

As you say, "incredibly haunting". Do you have any links or detailed info. that you could possibly send me on the Fw190 pilot and his diary? thank you very much in advance of any consideration

  • @RAF71chingachgook Thanks for the explanation, I have often wondered what this song was about.
