  • I have so many questions, but I guess a few I can ask now apply to your system.

how much did it cost you?

Is it really difficult to install?

what are all of the materials I will need.

If anyone has a long response, like longer than what a youtube comment should look like, just ask for my email address and let me know who you are.

I'm honestly intruiged by this, knowing that, if done right, you can power your vehicle on something that is considered free (for now).

  • just as something to think about: A lot of restaurants sell their oil. Taking oil from their dumpsters is stealing from the restaurants. Don't want anyone getting in trouble for running clean.

  • Pozdrowienia z Polski :)

  • Great and informative video! Thank you.

  • you dont have to convert an old merc, filter and dewater it before you but it in,loads of info on the net,but mercs and loads of other cars with bosch pumps will run on veg oil,in cold weather mix with diesel and add 100-200ml of acitone to the tank,my diesel cherokee ran no bother in the last two winter wehre we seen -15c while parked outside, been doing this for 6 years with the cherokee...no problems.

  • @battlestarone how much does it give per litre?

  • actually you dont need to change anything in the car, all diesel engines run perfectly on Biosiel.

  • @tony142006 Thats correct :)

    Easy 1ltr test

1ltr of FRESH NEW vegetable oil

    200ml of Methanol

    5 grams of sodium hydroxide

Add sodium hydroxide to methanol in a glass bottle seal the lid shake well about for times through an hour period.

Heat Veg oil to about 60oC pour into a 2ltr plastic bottle add methanol & sodium hydroxide mix into bottle replace lid shake well for 30sec every 15mins over the space of an hour.

Stand for 12hrs biodiesel appears at the top & glycerine at bottom

  • Great video with lots of interesting and useful information. Personally, I would prefer a solution that does not require so many adaptions to the vehicle, i.e. prepare the oil at home and refill at home with hopefully as few change to the vehicle as possible.
