Natalie, can you do a video on the pros and cons of distilled water vs tap water. I am anti chlorine and fluoride and would like to know the facts about what is contained in tap water. I purchase 3 gallon jugs of distilled and have noticed a difference. As a youth I opened moms coffee maker to see what the problem was. I found the heating element clogged full of a stinky white substance. After learning what distillation is and how water is treated before the tap, I will never go back.

I work in the social work sector and while there are basic healthy eating programs for the clients, I believe that there needs to be a program like these videos, being that there a number of reasons behind the way clients are, their environment, biological, etc. For eg it has been proven if u have large amounts of vitamin c, it reduces depression.
@Ithink998 Sorry to disappoint you. No research has indicates Vitamin C can reduce depression in human. Depression is a Psychological Disorder, only Omega-3 fatty acid or vitamin D and physical activity or any other hearty nutrients can able to reduce depression in human.

I'd like to point out that when you eat raw foods you get their water content, in other words, every time you eat a fruit or a raw tomato etc, you also get some water, specially if those are fresh (your garden/farmers market etc) so this is something to keep in mind, drink water but try to eat foods that are not cooked as well, at least try to balance your food intake with raw foods

If you are going to breast feed for that long, you got to make sure that you keep up with it. As soon as your body realizes that the baby isn't drinking as much, your body will stop producing as much. I know a few women who only breast fed for 4 months before switching to Cows Milk... I honestly think that's way too soon.

When I was 2 weeks old, I was lactose intolerant. My grandma fed me raw milk for about a week, and everything got better..todays milk, unless it's organic or raw, is equivalent to water mixed with powder..just for the taste O_O

When I was 2 weeks old, I was lactose intolerant. My grandma fed me raw milk for about a week, and everything got better..todays milk, unless it's organic or raw, is equivalent to water mixed with powder..just for the taste O_O
