That's not MissingNo, that's a DPBox. Similar though. MissingNo appears in the Kanto games but DPBox appears in the Sinnoh games.

Also, DPBox is the official weakest Pokemon of any kind with no HP whatsoever. It is stuck at Level 0 with one attack, Tackle, and will make itself faint if it uses any move. All of its stats are at 0. It's virtually impossible to train one.

It's type is Normal/Ghost. Also, it can only be either hatched from an egg or forced to appear, both by using AR.

You can also get a Missing number by battling a double battle with only one Pokemon. Since that way doesn't use a hacking device, will it not freeze your game?
