I have a question please. why every time when I want to braid my challah dough as I put the straps(ropes) on the desktop so all my dough (ropes) shrink shortening and hard to work with bands. It's drives me crazy. I used high gluten flour and replacing it with other types but it happened to me again!!!! Where is the problem? i will be happy if some one can help me with that problem !!!
