This is the longest and most disgusting album I ever heard. Yet I like it so much and find so many vile emotions becoming pleasant ones and my dislike for the norm is becoming stronger. The guitars are intriquet and precise to their meanings of each song. Albeit CARCASS are intellectuals not be fucked with.
5 stars.. Dude your fucking awsome. I've been practicing but am not there yet. Im just wondering about the tuning, did you have to adjust your guitar in any way to get it so low? What would that tuning be called?
@RealEwo I play in their tuning too, on non-baritone guitars. You have to use some thick strings. I have a DR 13-56 set, but I replaced the 56 with a 59 from another brand. It gets rid of the buzz pretty well. Hope that helps.
ah yes, this is the very first carcass song i heard, and it is also the album that helped launched me into the magical world of death metal. That was a sweet cover btw
That's some good compost humous horticulture right there.

Thats looks to me like a Epiphone les Paul yeah? What kind of amp and effects are you going through to get that tight sound?
cutrush07 3 years ago
My distortion is a digitech metal master and the amp is a music man.

All of Carcass's stuff is in B standard tuning, so low to high that's B, E, A, D, F#, B.
