    1) Run, Run, and Run more.

    2) Eat VEGGIES and LEAN meat and WATER (no alcohol, sweets, garbage, NOTHING)

    3) Do moderate weight lifting

    4) Did I mention running? Yeah, do that.

    5) Don't take supplements or pills or any of that garbage.

First at all Vince was skinnier than you can imagine, actually he had some problems to get ripped because of his genetics, the ripped body he has NOW is because a lot of hard work, that's why i like his programms so much, because they are made for ectomorph, mesophorf and endomorph people-specially ectomorph-.

    and EVERYBODY can have six pack abs (thanks to vince i've won more than 20 pound of muscle)

  • @hush065 no u shouldnt gain any water weight. especially from protein, amino acids, and jacked, i dont kow about the other stuff. I cant tell whats what cause there are no commas separating your supplements. And jack3d you should be fine. I've never used it but i have friends who have and they say they like it. It's basically an energy booster. BUT healthy diet is the way to go. I stay healthy diet, then once you get in better shape, start taking the extra supplements. But alway take protein.

  • I've cut my fruit intake down to 1 small/medium sized organic apple 30 minutes pre-workout (chick/brown rice 1-1.5hr pre-workout) and 1/2 a small/medium banana with my post workout whey/dextrose. For greens I go for the uncooked baby spinach, broccoli and baby sweet peas (they're not sweet lol). Bell peppers and onions also add color and flavor to bland chicken and egg white dishes.

  • I read somewhere that the human body can only handle about 30 grams of sugar a day, or 50 grams a day, or something around there. Its really bad. I was taking in around 5 pounds of sugar a month and I wasn't even that hardcore. People would be amazed if they kept track of it.

  • @ketogenesis 75 grams of sugar a day, seems like nothing really, does it? it was about what I was taking ... and it adds up to 5 pounds a month of sugar ingestion. Isnt that horrible? 60 pounds of sugar ingestion a year, imagine most of that goes to fat storage. Just eliminate sugar like Vince says, its the ultimate goal :)

  • @SSuperCuriouss exactly. there was a comment on here saying the banana diet made someone gain 30lbs from the sugar. no... thats from taking in too many bananas and going over the persons daily calorie needs. once you get down to about 10-12% bodyfat and working out with weights and/or cardio then you should be more awake of macros. but until then its just basic cal in vs cal out. you can easily loose weight on nothing but junk food if your cals or under your maintainence needs. easy stuff.

  • i only high sugar fruits like bananas, kiwi, watermelon, etc...for breakfast, pre and for post workout, when I need the sugar the most and when I need to spike my insulin to fill my muscles with glycogen, amino acids and essential vitamin and minerals. also i eat high sugar fruits when my muscles feel flat

  • Healthy m.elements ratio for an average person (pro day):

    Protein 100g

    Carbs 300g

    Fat 40g

    That makes it 1960 calories (400-1200-360). If you want to lose fat, you will need to lower carbs and fats slightly, for about 200 calories (1960-200). If you want to gain muscle, you up protein more, fats and carbs only slightly.

    Thats all people need to know, besides which food to choose

  • I'm sorry. I have a lot of respect for anyone being positive about the body. But it has nothing to do with detoxing? are you kidding me?? lol

    I detoxed not even fully and I PERMANENTLY have lost over 30 lbs. Now I'm a raw fruitarian and still losing fat and crap out of my body. Best thing I've ever done in my life and now I know I can go without meat and I won't lose muscle or otherwise "waste away" as the meat eater's myth goes.

  • There must be carbs in it, because when you are on a low carb diet, your body besides using fast, breaks down protein to make up for the energy that is lacking. When protein breaks down, bad end products happen to be formed in your body. They are responsible for stones in your inner organs and boy, it might be as painful as giving birth, when they come out.

    There is a diet where you reduce carbs every other day, but be careful. Stay healthy. Thats what it is all about. Not being fat.

    He is right, the best advice is to eat less sugar. You can eat a lot of fat and not gain anything - I eat lots of fatty food (nuts, vegie olive oil, fat fish) and I dont get fat.

    Sugar is your enemy, not fat, so don't be afraid of Normal Milk, you really dont have drink fat free milk as it is more processed and less healthy, just watch sugars.

    Good fats help you lose weight. Fish and Omega3 in nuts are very good.

    It is better to drink normal milk than fat free for many reasons, one of which is that in the end you are getting more sugar with the fat free milk with a condition that in the end of the day you have eaten enough calories not to stop metabolism.

    The diet has to be balanced, there must be fast in it, there must be carbs in it.

    So explain to me how I lost weight with 80% of my calories coming from fruit and veggies and I LOST weight and am keeping it off at a comfortable weight right now, eating all I want to eat, and not having to watch every last thing I eat. Explain to me how I'm maintaining weight?

  • @JohnWelsch The blood work was done by a very healthy fruitarian. Why he said "vegan" I don't know, but he's mostly living on fruits. Check out his other vids if you don't believe me.

  • @JohnWelsch it had nothing to do with sugars. excess calories=weight gain, not sugar. there are about 120calories per medium size banana. so she had to have been taking in over her daily needed intake of calories. 12 bananas a day only equal about 1350 calories or so. she must have been sitting around going nothing the whole time and/or lied about her diet via cheating. weight gain comes from taking in more calories than you burn no matter if its from pro/carbs/fats.

  • this may give you a six pack but i i don't believe it is the best way to achieve optimum health. as long as you keep it low fat (under 10%) sugars will be utilized at a steady rate as you need them. also high protein diets do nothing but harm to the body.

  • Fat loss is all about kcals in vs kcals out. It doesn't matter whether they are coming from sugars, fat or protein. You could eat a diet consisting of just the sugars he says to avoid but if you are consuming less calories then you are burning, you will lose weight.
