*sigh* The second code DOES work 100%. And the first one actually, too. If you double-click with your cursor, you'll notice there's some invisible "thing" between the last two "c"s because youtube fucks the link up(that means type in "cc0" yourself and do not just copy and paste it). Not existent in the 2nd code, that's why it works. Anyway, artist's name is auer.

You think it's an arrange because Keelhauled is done in the same style as Dancing Water Spray, which is actually an old, possibly Europian, style. It isn't the only time original Touhou songs followed old song styles from the west. A good, and most notable, example of this being done is with Lullaby of Deserted Hell.
