1) Why don't they force logging company to plant trees?
2)Take the money from military budgets if you don't have enough. The US defense budget is 600 billion per year! Currently the US have in their inventory 450 F-15C, 150 F-22, 1200 F-16, 800 F-18C, 400 F-18E, 210 F-15E, 170 A-10. WHY THE FUCK DO THEY NEED THAT? ALL THE MORE THAT THEY CAN'T EVEN STOP A FUCKING BOEING!
3) Third of all if there is still not enough money, when people take the decision to have children, it is THEIR responsability to address this problem, because if they don't do anything, they put THEIR OWN CHILDREN in deep shit. They commit a crime towards their own children. Isn't that fucking retarded?
Humanity will get what it deserves.. won't be long..
Another serious side effect of deforestation is the release of dangerous and potentially lethal virus and bacteria that were quite happy living in forests but are now spreading and 'species jumping' due to forests being levelled. It happened with Ebola in Africa and we don't have immunity to that particular nasty. Virologists reckon on many more undiscovered virus and bacteria that could be released by deforestation that would make Ebola look like a common cold in comparison.
Imagine if every man woul'd plant a tree? Oh no, if another 6.5 billion trees are gonna absorb Co2 we're gonna suffer a deadly ice age for it'll soon strip the atmosphere off Co2, lol.
Ah at least try and educate someone feel what you do about trees.
I had many fight with tree-cutters here, they think its just their bussyness cutting a tree to make some space for its leaves make some mass. One of theese days I'm gonna start killing.
Btw, Media has great power; politicans love it. But...
The problem is that the world population grows every year around about 100 Milion people.
You can plant i dont know how many billion trees, it does not help. We must get rid of all wild animals, get rid of all unproductive land in order to feet all the new born in the future. There will be no more room for lions, snakes, birds, fish, rhinos etc.
Or dou you want to kill 100 Million people every year.
This apathetic condition is the result of deliberate social engineering by the New World Order gang. Why do you think the legal drug criminals are handing out psychotropic mind pills like candy these days. Thier dream is a brain dead population and for the most part they succeeded but more and more people are getting off the MSM tv heroin and getting on the internet and waking up. Can enough of us wake up before they shut it all down and destroy everything?...who will win this race I wonder.
Congratulation! This is the best site I have seen on the ecological disaster that is unfolding on planet earth under our very noses. The solution is not more protestism: that approach has failed us in the past. What is needed are bold new profitable approaches to build businesses that promote natural forests and the ecosystem services they provide. Some UN police may not hurt.
AND ALL IS GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTED AND VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE SHOWING THEM THE BUSH NAZIS WILL MAKE THE JEWS HOLOCAUST LOOK LIKE CHILDS PLAY.NOW THATS SERIOUS! HOW WILL THEY NO YOU ARE DISLOYAL... THROUGH THE VOTING SYSTEM.
The sad thing is Rick, Greenpeace started this fight in the 60's and everyone laughed at them, now we are in so much trouble we dont want to face it and rather than do anything people are now waiting for organizations like Greenpeace to fix it... uh, a little late... so get on board people, recycle, walk, dont buy christmas trees, take the bus, eat organic, dont eat meat, dont buy products from china, japan or India... as quoted by a famous woman "it takes a village" in this case a planet!
Good video. Im studying african studies, and I was just looking for some inputs. Im writing an essay about deforestation, but I don´t know how I can discuss the issues. There´re many sides of the case to consider. Anyway, I´m glad to see so many people wanting to make an effort. The world needs it!
The short sighted parasitic pieces of scum who give little thought for their children's future, and this planet's future. They make money, get rich and to hell with the consequences. They rape this sacred, unique and fragile planet with such penetrating force, the lack of humility in their activities is soul destroying for any human being with just an ounce of integrity. An orgy of unsustainable exploitation, driven by an unscrupulous lust for gluttonous greed, gathering ever more momentum.
I know why humans are apathetic. They are politically powerless under national governments, who only make selfish decisions. Kyoto Protocol is a pathetic excuse to save the ecosystem from a disaster, and the negligence about rain forests is a proof of its fakeness. Capitalist bankers decide what is profitable. Period.
Planting is not a conclusive, not even sustainable solution. It can only be a small deed after the cutting has stopped. Its not realistic to "plant as there's no tomorrow". We need to enact economic alternatives to cutting, and that is only possible by socialist politics. And we need UN police in the Amazon funded by all nations.
And sorry, that was me, Sniper left his account on >.<
It's also true that many of the '' newer '' virus come from the tattered skirts of the rainforests and jungles, where left alone, they have been circulating for a very long time, Bolivian Hemmoraghic Fever, Marburg, Ebola, and others. We are destroying the habitats in which they naturally dwell and then you get outbreaks, it's just logical.
Excellent content, Rich' and very true. My uncle Tony has been involved in the Woodland Trust many years, in an effort to preserve natural British woodland[ as small thing I know] but spoke of the deforestation in the world long ago. He encourages people to plant new trees and does so each year. Every person must do something, however small and insignificant it seems.
soybeans is one of the causes of deforestation

Just a quick correction on my words:
The Earth is not in trouble, We are!
The Earth will easily sort itself out over time, but our futures look bleak.
