Under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 section 18 it (Summarising) If any constable has reasonable grounds for believing there are drugs on board he may conduct a search. Als if any Constable has reasonable grounds for believing that he/she is in possession of any Drugs he/she may "Tip" that Vehicle out. I would say a complaint would not get you anywhere. Why? Your well known to Police for possession/consumption of Cannabis! Your all over Youtube aswell, go figure!

the searches were not unlawful, the were full justified under the law. Smoking drugs is illegal. it is that simple. As the cop says he has a right to stop any vehicale.they are not harassing people. they are doing what they do near pubs. They are clearly harassing members of the Daktory, by being in the area of the daktory, doing a standard check up on more than 2 people from an address will obvious incur curiosity from authorities who oversee the police, as this is harassment, it would be different if they had a warrant to watch the property and investigate any members.

The Police acted professionally 100%. These guys do a really hard job and deserve public support to keep us safe. my mate use to get pulled up at least twice a week for two months just because he had got one speeding ticket for going more than 10 kms over they stated their reasoning was because he could be a repeat offender but after not actually getting him for anything during the two months we saw as harassment laid a complaint and finally they got off his back police should have better reasons than that, useless fucking pigs
