@reybies>hah? tama nman ung kinikilig pag jumijingle aahh..nag aadjust ung body heat naten,,and stars are twingkling because the lights of the stars travel through different layers of atmosphere :<
@reybies the only time that we get the illusion that incandescent and flourescent lights/bulbs twinkle is when we blink. as regards stars, even if we stare at it for a long time, it always seem like it is twinkling or blinking. it is for the reason that when the light from the stars enters the earth's atmosphere which is full of gases, it's path is distorted so we get the illusion that it is twinkling. toni's explanation was correct.
@aeeight our eyes can see about 6,000 or so stars in the sky. They seem to twinkle,or change their brightness, all the time.In fact, most of the stars are shiningwith a steady light. The movement of air(called turbulence)inthe atmosphere of Earth causes the starlight to get slightly bent asit travels fromthe distant star through the atmosphere down to us on the ground. This means that some of the light reaches us directly and somegets bent slightly away.To our eyes, this makes the star seemto twinkle.
i love you ehtel!!

@reybies nagtwinkle ung stars its because the lights from the stars travel through thick layers of turbulent air in the Earth's atmosphere.
