@jeffcassidy100 - don't know - went from Otis transfer station on the base on Cape Cod, across the Cape Cod Canal and t the SEMASS plant. I rode on the front of the diesel outside with the video camera and still camera.

I worked at that plant in Jan. and I didn't see this take place, as the boilers where shut down, anyways, thanks for this video. Very interesting.
