You have to be careful doing DIY rock. It can sometimes take over six months to cure the rock depending on the type of cement you use. If you're going to do it, use a cement that's already been used by a fellow reefer and was cycled within two months. By cycled it means you have to let the pH of the rocks balance out. Otherwise its a pain just waiting for your rocks.........been there done that...
awesome!!!! what steps did you take in mixing it and what did you use? how long did you cure it? I have been very interested in the DIY live rock ust scared I am going to kill everything in my tank by doing something wrong lol NICE TANK
