How do you download music so you can put it in a video on WMM? Every song i download won't let me put it in WMM. Any ideas?

The file C:\Users\Christian\Documents\Desktop\rs line.camrec is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.
Hey mines saying that and i cant upload to utube plz help

Please help! My song is a M3u file that I downloaded, and it cannot be imported! How do I import it? Is there some other way on getting it on windows movie maker for me?
