@Metallicasince90 So just because you hate it everyone else must hate it? Cliff was a musical genius and those are usually not too hateful of other genres and others interpretations. Because that mean he learns more and make more awesome songs even if he learns not to do it himself.

And while Cliff helped making the song it wasn't his idea or he that made most of the work. So I dont think that even if he WAS offended he wouldnt feel entitled to feel anger at something he didnt create.

When people say that Apocalytica is better theyre not saying the band is just greater than Metallica, They're just saying they THINk it sounds better. Ya, metallica wrote the original along with a ton of other music, so they're talented Apocalyptica did a great cover (and they do make their own music as well not just covers) changing the music vocals and all to cello aint easy. They did an amazing job and it sounds great theyre going somewhere so again Props

I wouldn't say that this could ever be better than the original version.. This could only be if you're more into symphonic music rather than Rock or metal.. You can't compare two things like that.. You can easily blend the two things together, but still. Though! There is one factor that still, no matter what, makes the metallica version better.. And that's the singing.. It gets kind of boring without it in my opinion..
