The whole primary and caucus system is unconstitutional. The Constitution speaks only of a general election. Adding these other things only takes the election away from the people and hands it to the elite of both parties.
I don't understand what makes a primary/caucus unconstitutional? Does it state anywhere that it is specifically forbidden? That no state can have one? Please explain.
If you felt the process was overly complex (or more likely, your miffed because you feel your candidate is going to come out on the "short end of the stick") you should have not waited until the primary season was already upon us before squawking about it.
After all, you did have since 2004 to address this didn't you?
Wow, I didn't realize that the only people who are allowed to caucus are those that voted also. Doesn't anybody have to work on Tuesday?! Thank goodness in PA all we have to do is fill out a ballot!
Good idea to explain! It is ridiculous! As advanced as this nation is, it is a CRIME that we have not reformed and unified our systems. You would think our law makers would have caught on to that a long time ago, and of course, us too!
I'm from L.A. but I'm here in Houston volunteering. There is some confusion, but at least I know we've been clearing things up for people here, and people seem to be getting it. While the technicalities of the system may be complicated, they really don't matter for the voters. All they need to do is vote like normal and caucus like normal. The real issue here is getting people to both vote and caucus!
What, did the CNN/Youtube Republican Dog and Pony show... I mean "debate" where they refused to air questions that the candidates and the Republican party didn't want aired didn't tip you off? Youtube is a corporation, it is not free speech, and thus they can manipulate just as well as the big media can, but they use the communities voice... thus can skip the whole, accountability thing. Major media has joined in with this by using "so-and-so submitted this via email..."
I really like your videos. Your explainations are easy to understand. Keep up the good work. I know your busy, but have you had a chance to watch the following videos:
The Green party cant even get on the ballot because they dont have enough MONEY.

Just another example of the way to keep the system so complicated and expensive that no third party can participate.

By the way, when you go to Hillary or Obamas YOUTUBE site, your comments are censored. So much for freedom of speach on YOUTUBE.

needlessly complicated, sounds familiar, it's a real shame that politicians desperately want to keep votes out of the hands of citizens
