  • Burn Bitch Burn!

  • i live about 2 blocks from this intersection... looks so different today... and im sure at least one of those units is still alive in the yard still.. they have about 10 yard pigs in there...

  • GP35s always had the problem of not being able to use their full 2500 HP without slipping. That's what slug units are for.

  • Yes

  • was he trying to move foward?

  • Wow talk about under powered, I'v never seen and engine grind steel like that!

  • notch 7 and sand

  • I'll bet the engineer got fired for that. Railroads do not like flats.

  • @bubblejomay Probably just brownies

  • wheres the sand man ????. call for a rail grinder too.

  • Graet catch! Interesting.

Burning "holes" in the rail heads?

Better to get out and throw sand on the rails?

    Or just that traction motor.

Hotter the metal on metal = less friction.

Would pushing the train together allow more momentum pulling?

  • got to be awfull hard on rails and traction motors put some sand on them rails man!LOL

  • The rail burn marks would be a bitch to run over after that!

  • CP ever heard of sand?

  • Can't they chain up when this happens?

  • MoW was happy weren't they!

  • Rail burn can be a real pain in the ass.

  • AWESOME A Sparky "Burnout" from a train engine.

  • Love it, The more power the better.

  • that is awsome.

  • Damn, I knew them GP35's were slippery, didn't realize they were that bad.

  • wet rail probably didn't help at all either.

  • Good way to grind a dip into the tracks too! Lucky the are pulling with that idler car or "kaboom" lol

  • "Train breaks traction on tracks!"

  • Well , I guess this proves , even the real railroads are not without the modeling problems!!!

    Mike Fifer

  • dont they have sanders?

  • OMG ! not better for grinding the rail !

  • Not enough trucks.

  • how many tracks is it there if its only two that guy was to close to the comuter train

  • lol lets give it a push

  • Was it just this one truck that was slipping? This era of EMD should have slip detectors.

  • With the way their using that blowtorch, you'd think the title should be "Train stuck TO tracks."

  • mabe they should get another engin

  • west coast express to the rescue...haha

  • this guy obviously cant run a train, lol

  • What a joke..That is not how you drive a train. The potential for the engines catching fire is enormous. But what can anyone expect from CP, who had one of the wrost crahes in history, due to a driver not being medically fit.

  • It´s music

  • hahaha

  • haha just a little bit of wheel slip.

  • i like the title lol the train is stuck on the tracks omg its on the tracks!!!.....wait its supposed to be on the tracks lol i know it broke down still funny title
