i would BET that that isint the case. his family was slaughtered by konoha ninjas because they thought that they were enemy ninjas. if by the off chance he had a sister it would make sense that they would be together? also: nagato had some crazy hate against all of konoha, and if he did have a sister - which he dosent- wouldnt she share similar feelings? if that was the case then she would have never had a child of KONOHA; the village who slaughered theire parents. its just not possible man...
