I have the exact same feeling whenever i buy something new , the 'sparkle' in my head that says JEEJ. Its great to here from somebody else how they feel about collecting , cause i was kinda depressed about my collection cause friends where kinda telling me that all those thing i have , i don't need(there just plastic they said) You know f'ck em right ,i do whatever makes me happy , thx !

You got kinda crazy, kinda odd at the end...totally unexpected just like how a good book or a good movie would end. I thought you were Full Blooded Japanese....kinda like the son of Judge Ito...but I have been wrong before and you just proved that. I myself look like the mongol son of the War Lord Ghenghis Khan, and yes we look close enough to almost be brothers. The reason why I collect Transformers and other cool toys is because, contrary to you, I was brought up from a poor family.

I didn't have much to play with when I was younger but the cartoon was a major factor, teaching me morals and what's right and wrong. Always bad verses the good kinda deal. I have about 50-60 figures and I don't play with them like how a kid would but I do pose them, a reminder that each figure has their own unique character and role. It hasn't escape my conscience to think that maybe I have a lot of idols and maybe I'm worshipping them but I always tell myself...nope, not me.

My "Complete Collection" is like, For G1/Classics it's Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Brawn, Jazz, Wheeljack, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Megatron, Soundwave, Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercraker, Dirge, Thrust, Ramjet, Shockwave, and the Cassets. these are the "main" guys, so they are more important than any others to me.

I have thousands of toys, most of which are from when I was a we little lad. but I am collecting again, I actually owe it all to my art school sculpting teacher, he was like I am in toys guys, and every week he brought a bunch of toys, and I started bring my toys, and collecting again. plus I love kamen rider, and I collect kamen rider toys like crazy now. plus I have the same feeling when I buy a toy. plus I owe it to my mom I had a new toy almost every day. and foreign toys on the weekend.

How can you stop collecting?!There always so many new goodies coming out every 4 - 6 monts especially with EXCLUSIVES.My loved ones say you are buying too many toys... spend it on other things.

I only collect and pose the figures I like.I don't focus on collecting 1 entire series.But I do mostly collect transformers

This is sort of an odd question dude, but what value does Heero declare as and does he mark as gift? I asked him once but he didn't respond to me. I just hate paying duties. :p I've resisted the urge to buy stolen Chinese toys but if/when Heero has Shockwave I may not be able to resist.

I do agree with you dude, some of these guys are spending a crapload of money on these toys, it's insane. I'm not saying they should not do it because in the end it's their cash, they worked for it so they are free to spend it. BUT 300-1000 bucks for a toy that you can get for 30-100 a month or so later is just madness.
