  • if there is no Boston on heaven, i will know i am in hell

  • this song, all of Boston really, requires a sound system that will permanently raze the home of your neighbor. Hell, the whole G-D d*mn city!!! The louder, the better!!!!

  • @Ausiegingerkid Years ago I used to run a small P.A. company and I kept my system in my apartment. One morning my upstairs neighbor was playing this song really loud, so I synched up the CD on my P.A. and about a minute into the song I brought up around 3000 watts of biamped P.A. that basically made the whole building resonate. My neighbor later said it was the coolest thing that had ever happened to him. ;-)

  • oahu,HI U.S.A. weimea burial site-great-grandfather-"largest head stone"-,"deadman bushes with flowers"-CEASARS L.V.,NV

  • mirrored ceiling

  • "do " THEY" know you"

  • The heavy beat in here makes my foot tap. The keyboard intro makes my fingers wiggle. The guitar intro makes me close my eyes and start playing air guitar. This song in general makes me MOVE.

  • FUCK YEAH!!!!!! This song gets me so excited!!! :D I wish music was like this today :/ my generation is DAMNED!!

  • insisto, boston nos legó obras maestras del rock clásico como esta. qué bárbaro, qué rolota subiste con excelente audio.

  • I walked through my highschool listening to this, and a girl said I was hipster for listening to it.

I don't want to live in this damned music generation anymore.

  • @Taywonowonpe Don't fret bud. She just wants to knock boots with you.

  • I wana hack into the speaker system during a Bieber concert... cut his shit off, turn this on so loud that people's ears bleed, and at 1:05, start kicking that little bastard in the head to the beat of the snare drum!!!!!

    CLASSIC ROCKERS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I will never get over the opening of this song! It is the most hardcore, righteous thing ever.

  • 1 of my favorites :)) by BOSTON

  • This album was responsible for the upgrading of the entire car audio market - in my view, more than any other. I bought a set of "Mindblowers" just to hear this album at deafening volume. When they blew out - I took the amps and hooked 'em up to Jenson Coaxials - what great sound..... then poof! They could not handle the power input. The die was cast however and ever more power was in the offing. Album of the decade -hands down.

  • @pickerfixer this sounds like I wrote this myself.......had a 200 amp casio power booster just for kix w/ my triaxials

  • Always a fun song.

  • this is like the 80th time ive listened to this song in the past hour! :D

  • RIP Brad!

  • @redtemplepilots Why don't you "Hitch A Ride" and "Let Me Take You Home Tonight" since you "Smokin'"!! Haha

  • so POLISHED........AMAZING!!!

    better than the Beatles

  • @benjeded i dont get y ppl would compare a good band to a good band...its like saying ur comparing red apples to green apples cmon the beatles were more 60's and boston are more 70's so their music was different

  • Favorite part of this awesome song is @ 6:57 - I remember hearing this for the first time in the summer of 1976. It blew my mind, and still does. I'm not hooked on "Classic Rock" because I believe in the keeping the evolution of of rock alive; but damn, there was some GREAT music created in the 60s and 70s!

  • How can any one dislike this song? I know why, cause their jealous beiber, ga ga,and other today music artist can't sound this great.

  • Stop saying today's music sucks!!!!!! Yes the mainstream blows, but how many of you actually listened to local bands that are trying to make it big or support the bands that are trying to continue the legend of rock n roll! Get out there and make rock n roll big again instead of sitting at your computer listening to the older stuff (even though the older stuff is better haha). Long Live Musica!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @stickfigkill I do every where I live. Now it's Philly area, great tunes outta here. eg Physcadelphia

  • epic

  • thank you boston for this great masterpiece . . . . amen . . . .

  • 5:26 quite literally the greatest single-note in all of guitar history . . . .

  • we will never forget about you bradley . . . never . . . .

  • amazing foreplay

  • Holy cow I love that intro! Close your eyes and let it soak in :)

  • Great song brings back alot of memories

  • WARNING! If you play this song at any volume level lower than Maximum, you will be breaking the law!

  • 2:30 is EPIC

  • I like the comment up in info, "u MAY need to turn ur volume up a bit..." agree all but 1 thing THIS SONG NEEDS MAXIMUM VOLUME AT ALL TIMES.. just sayin =) \O/

  • someone bake evil mike a cookie and shove it in his mouth. The man knows nothing of fine music appreciation.

  • <3 <3 <3

  • Boston can "Foreplay/Longtime" all that it wants, I gonna keep on "Feelin' Satisfied" because they are my favorite "Rock & Roll Band." "It's Easy" listening to them because I have "More than a Feeling" that they help me hold on to my "Peace of Mind." And you can quote me on that!

  • @redtemplepilots Awsome man, thats some good sh#$ rite there man

  • @redtemplepilots Brilliant!!!!

  • Sib Hashian went apeshit on the drums in the build-up.

  • I'm 19 and all I say Boston makes anything you do badass.

When I was 4, I see Shamu as a badass cause when he starts singing! Shamu pops out of the flippin water! Does frickin flips and the Whale Trainer is rocking his head and clapping at the same time lol

  • Kick Ass Song!!

  • 1976. Me, 16 years old. Reading the Lord of the Rings, with buzz, late into the night. Listening to Boston on my massive 70's headphones hooked up to an 8-track player. Foreplay/Longtime comes on and I crank it as loud as it will go. Then comes the loud 8-track "CA-CHUNK!!!" as the 8-track changes track in mid song. Good times.

  • @ptmaker1 LOL!!! Sounds so familiar!

  • Best Tribute Rock. Ever.

  • I 'borrowed' this album from my older brother when I was a nipper ..... this remains one of my top-ten feel-good tracks :D

  • nice

  • Such a beatiful song!!!! R.i.p brad we all love you!!!

  • 2:32....Did Pilot Wings steal this beat from Boston, or did Boston steal it from Pilot Wings?

  • I usually don't listen to classic rock -- I'm more of a metalhead. That said, Boston has and always will rock my face off.

  • I'm 24 and I was raised on this stuff, My father told me that he refused to let my music base when I was kid be shitty radio music so he had me listen to stuff like Boston, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Bad Company and many many others, however Boston is my favorite and always will, nothing will ever change that.

  • eu gosto de tocar essa musica no gh

  • I just realized the floating things are upside down guitars :P

  • all todays music is crap, cant help but try and look for the good stuff. found it

  • @bluntusmaximus mumford and sons are one of the few bands today that are good

  • @bluntusmaximus No it's not. You music Nazi's are the worst.

  • @bluntusmaximus yes . . . i agree with you . . . this is good stuff . . . but i challenge you to listen to some classical music . . . believe it or not . . . the rule applies . . . the older the better . . . . god bless you . . . and peace . . . . amen . . . .

  • @bluntusmaximus I Can't help but completely agree.

  • @bluntusmaximus maybe you're only looking at shitty modern music (Bieber, Lil' Wayne, etc.) Check out bands like Chevelle, Coheed and Cambria, Periphery, and Dance Gavin Dance.

  • I listened to them sooo much growing up. Great keyboard work in their music.

  • There's Boston flying saucers that comes from the stars on their covers!

  • i am young but my parents taught me right and i LOVE boston!!!!!!!

  • @BigHammerQ Lol im sure he will

  • I love Boston! Let it live on!

  • There are actually 100 creeps in the world who don't like this song? (Maybe Fred Phelps is right and the End Times ARE upon us!)

  • May God Damn all advertisements. fyi, that's not blasphemy, it's an earnest supplication for God to send all advertisements to the very depths of Hell.

  • Great tune as always by Boston. and yup I spelled it wite.......:p

  • Reminds me of the first few seasons of supernatural when it was bad ass, now its kinda lame

  • All of the decades had good music. Stop arguing and just rock on.

  • Comment removed

  • @TdzaleskiVids Not even that many views yet idiot.

  • Why is it that whenever I go to a song from any other time, all the comments are about how modern music is bad or how a genre changed. Get the fuck over it, People who were high school in 50s thought songs from the 70s were terrible and so on, for every awesome band like Boston their was a thousand shitty bands that no one cares to remember.

  • this music changed to music about sex and violence....

  • I grew up on boston and they forever will be one of the greatest rock and roll bands of my life. The impact of thier music goes beyond the norm R.I.P Brad Delp. One of the greatest rock singers ever. EVER!

  • I can't believe Gay Ass Bieber has more views than this Great Song. But he hasn't sold more albums than this group put together.

  • dude, im 15 and have always been hooked to this music. most music today can not relate at all

  • @pcalnumba18 Right on!!! There's a good reason this music stands today after 30 and 40 years unlike most of the short lived crap written today. My boy is exactly your age and listens to this as well as plays guitar, and he wants to learn this stuff - Rock will live forever there's no doubt about it.

  • @guitarplayer4real I play bass and I love to play this music. Im not that great at it cuz it's hard to find time to practice with my schedual, but this music will never die in me at least

  • @pcalnumba18 You should take a spelling class in your schedual.......... Schedule bro. its ok.

  • @TheWhiteNoyz ya my bad....i feel really stupid now haha

  • @pcalnumba18 Thumbs up Dude,It's so nice to hear that from a younger generation, you are on the right track, keep it up.The sky is the limit.

  • Not going to lie, i am currently 15 and my dad got me hooked on this band. Nice to be able to relate to some of the stuff he listened to when he was around my age.

  • @Kyosho1060 I was born in 1961,and I know exactilly how you feel.I didn'y know anyone that didn't have the first Boston album. It was on a Vinal record at that time,if anyone remembers records.

  • @Kyosho1060 I guess my dad has succeeded in that. after all I love music from the 70's. As my dad would say, back then it was about talent not looks.I totally agree.

  • @Kyosho1060 , I was born in 60' I feel the same sentiments as you brother. It makes me feel good that so many others are rocking to BOSTON as I Allways have. Kids now days have "NO Clue" as to what Great music is! Uless they walk by my house when Im outside working. Cause Theres only one way to listen to this, LOUD! :)

  • @Kyosho1060 man, i was born in 92' and i have an appreciation for this music and some current music. Regardless of what you say the current generation always thinks that the newer generations music sounds like shit. look at what happened when rock n roll started. Chill out its music

  • rock track to pass forward to the young musicians of today .......... Do think they'll listen ?

  • @nalla3 i sure as hell did

  • reading these comments makes me ponder the question; is it that this page was rushed by a barrage of 11 year olds, or is it a field trip for mentally challenged people who are sharing a computer? hmmmm

  • HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS SONG? THIS IS THE GREATEST BAND OF ALL TIME.

  • The question is, who is the chick in the picture of this video? I'd bang that.

  • @AeliusTehMan the bass guitarist, i think but more likely, hahahhahaa im w/ you

  • @AeliusTehMan Thinkin the same thing.

  • The OLD MAN AND I STILL LOVE THIS SONG.... COUPLE BROWN BOYS AH DAD

  • BEST BOSTON SONG OF ALL TIME!

  • Absolutely the best BOSTON song of all!! I could listen to that intro all day long!!

  • @warp13speed

Hell yea bud, I'm from New Zealand, so we don't get to see great rock bands like BOSTON down under our ways, but yea that intro is bloody awesome & I like the way they slowly bring the actual song in after the inro, but hey the drummer for this band, I'm sure he was drumming for the sisters Ann & Nancy Wilson of the group HEART, if you go & have a look on YOUTUBE on there vid song BARRACUDA, i'm sure that is him, but other wise I love this group,

  • When it comes to great music....it doesnt get better than BOSTON....

  • How could you not like this song, WOW!!!!!

  • @hippiestan Because like they're mothers before them, they thought Bay City Rollers, Milli Vanilli and Madonna

had cooler pant's! As judge Smails in Caddyshack said " Well the world needs ditch diggers too"!

  • How could you not like this song, WOW!!!!!

  • they were college kids .....in a garage......when they made this.

  • @Nanpiper It was even the whole band, it was one man, and the machines he built as an engineer. Boston 1, Beiber 0.

  • @DuraDrea oh whatever!...you believe what you have to believe to be all right with this...I, however, will believe what I know!.....idiot.

  • @DuraDrea you believe what ever makes it right for you. I, however, will believe what I know!....I know better than you and ....somehow...your words, don't change what I know!....idiot

  • Comment removed

  • @Nanpiper if you want to believe incorrect facts, I'm not here to stop you. By the way, nice maturity level.

  • @Nanpiper are you Christopher Walken typing?

  • I love this music im 13 and when i was ten i went to see a Boston concert in Salem ive been to a few but i bet thats the best one out of all!

  • i Love all the old bands <3 , i dont see how anyone could hate them , they're a great part of history, and better than half the shit out there ,

  • love it when it hits the 2:22 mark

  • @jhm423 I like Tom's acoustic at 3:22. Your time mark dismisses the foreplay . . . . just not right, gotta take your time and Boston brings it in stylin'

  • ROCK BAND 1!!

  • Did ELP influence Boston.

  • @PikPobedy negative. Emerson Lake and Palmer are nowhere in the neighborhood. Beethoven, Rachmonov, Chopin, Tchaikovsky and Ravel were Tom's influence, and you hear them everywhere. The classical orchestration is one important element that sets Boston apart.

  • its a good old song and gooood question if you dont like a song, why bother searching for it in the first place?

  • Is that Daisy Duke in that pic?

  • Top to bottom, amazing!!!! Music today.... not so much. Sad.

  • This song saved me from suicide.

Boston is truly a magical band.
