burpie's have helped greatly in my workouts!!!!!!!!! i have a love/hate connecton with it. i love how well it works but hate how tiring and annoying it can get. I do about 150 per workout and it works great.

you dont do 30 minutes continuously, you do 10 to 1's. 10 burpies+pushups, then 9, then 8, then 7, etc. do them back to back. if you have never done this before it will wear you out.
not sure exactly how much. if you do it right though you wouldnt be able to do it for 30 min straight. it gets really intense. verry. when you do the jumps from squat. try and bring your knees to your chest. youll really feel it then. ok. see ya.

LOL. I did listen to her it was a joke. And yes I do burpees also just not the way she does them. Still I like her body.
