Priming with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylic Gesso

Could you tell me if Acrylic Gesso can be applied to white wood (like balsa wood) and thick brown card material? as a base to work on.

would the clear gesso onto paper prevent the paper from yellowing over time

@kmruhgrdsvrojh Thank you for your comment. If using oil colour on paper, the paper needs to be primed with an acrylic primer to prevent the paper from degrading and keeping any seepage to a minimum. This will not necessarily stop yellowing over time.
