So, is it a POS being that its all plastic? How long does it last compared to the teeth on the 'regular' type that seem to wear out before you open even one can?
@UpcomingJedi I've had mine for about 5 or 6 years (maybe longer) with no problems. The teeth are metal and the the handle is a hard plastic. If it ever breaks I'll post it on this page, but so far so good.
The ONLY negative thing I can say is that if you like canned tuna and usually let the top fall into the can to squeeze off the liquid, you can't do that. The lid won't fit back into the can.
Thanks for your help, you are exactly right that the instructions are not clear at all. I have the ONE handle kind so I had to watch other videos, but I like the way you explained it...and I didn't realize it was open either.. VAGUE instructions is so true!

im quite sure the lid will fit back onto the can to close unused food temporarily to be used at a later time
