The shatter specc is actually way more useful against melees. Especially against feral druids, since they can't shapeshift out of roots anymore.

@BKsMassive of course your going to use skills here and there. thats why you have them, especially in pvp. whole point at being good is knowing when you use your spells. like if a mage uses his mirror image i use mine so that the images wont hit me but instead hit my images. thats a cooldown..im just using it defensively. combustion....its there for a reason. its not like its there for looks man

and it depends...like. the only time you should be using fireball is when they are dragon breathed really. and with sheep...its good for CC if your facing 2 people and if you want to inturrupt a casters spell by sheeping then cast ice lance or fireblast or something because it gives them health so...

@djalbe2001 Lol, you hold the right button on the mouse and you just drag it with the mouse. it turns your character the speed you want it to instead of using the arrows or A and D. if you do it fast you can do 360s. pretty easy :p

@Etzlo1 i did. if your talking about the arcane mage fight, its because he has mage armor which decreases magic dots by 50% so the CS silence lasts 2 seconds rather than 4. i think they nerfed that to 35% now. anyways, it might not have looked like i did cuz it was so fast but i did..nice name btw lol

I love fire mage pvp. Mostly because nobody knows what to do against you. Hell i pvp'd up till 60 on 3 different characters and only saw 3 fire mages total. The first one kicked my ass big time. :D

and my 2v2 i got a mage and hunter...we take turns doing arenas and depending whos on. hunters next patch are gonna be really good so the team is gonna do a lot better. also i want a mage, hunter and shaman healer for 3v3 but cant find any ...so in the mean time we got a pally healer and imma try with me and the hunter. if not then imma have to look for a lock cuz the pally says it would be better

its legit 5 button rotation i have fire mage. its dragon breath scorth fire ball blink mirror image and i forget the aoe fire on floor. yeah they cool but spaming scorch on move is not that skill full. fire amge don't take that much skill coming from one. they are op in my opinion.

thumbs up if you agree. play a lock with fear and dots and nukes and a pet thats a lot harder.

and what other skill am i going to spam than scorch while im running? strongest casting spell and no mana for fire. my rotation is trying to get all dots on target (LB, pyro, ignite) then combustion. then dragons breath with fireball and let them be for the full 5 seconds. then CS if a caster

(plus its fun hehe :p) yet still. im always burning out of mana with fire. improved scorch helps me A LOT. lol..and pyromaniac....not really cuz its never gonna proc if your on a 1v1 or 1v2. mainly for like turtles or group fights in bg's and tol barad. fire power doesnt beat molten fury. that 12% more damage is more than 3% with a 2k crit from the explosion of the fire orb. so i put the points in molten fury.
