If you're looking for that 70s-to-80s kind of campy, cheesy horror that's hilariously over-the-top and somewhat predictable (that makes cliche classic), I'd go for the original Creepshow. If you like that kind of thing, it's a good DVD to have on your shelf. Just remember its gimmick is being like the comic book both in scene-to-scene transitions and in cheesiness. It's not scary, but it is funny. Haven't seen the sequels.
