you see, this is actually a lot more skillful than people who draw a scene copied exactly from a picture or something. Their pictures may look like a photo-perfect but they are just copied, this takes creativity and also a natural affinity for art.

@jompaspenk Practice, you cannot expect the same result with both paper and tablet. On tablet treat it more like painting would help, it is hard to get as precise on tablet as is on paper.

How are you changing values so quickly, one second you are painting black then light gray then black again then gray? Just trying to understand how you are changing so quick. Also do you use references for poses or are you at the point where you know perspective and proportions so well you can create them from scratch?

@Pyroface247 value range of light (Brightness) from white to black. Color is color or Hue.

@Pyroface247 colour values mean you use different brightness of colour to create different values and therefore show form; in other words, use darker and brighter colours to show that the form is 3- dimensional. But as Xia said, its easier to create your values first in black and white then go for the colour values on top of it.

U can still decrease the time if u go to clip speed type 999 n produce the video as a AVI then when its done rendering load the video back on your time line n go back to clip speed n type any number u want!! then ur video can be up to 5 mins even though it took u over an hour! thats what I do to most of my Speed Paintings!! so that way u dont have to worry about the video being over 15 mins

I think this work is utterly amazing. My favourite part is the stunning difference when just the tiniest bit of colour gets added. My only comment is the pose in relation to what's going on seems a little odd. It would seem to me that Enzio would either be oriented towards the guard on the left or the one that eventually got changed. As it is it looks like he's maybe facing something in the scene we can't see?
