man, i am loocking for a cam with audio input. I liked this one but any page solves my doubt. I need a cam cith audio input and the piece to set the light spot. I see this cam doesn´t have this peace but what about the input? Thanks!!

You nearly know what you are talking about, it's one CCD for each primary colour; Red, Green and Blue.

3CCD there is a sensor chip for each of the three colours, red green/green blue making a 4 point light pickup although CCDs are more power hungry than CMOS they do give a better image overall.

software for windows plain sucks, like a cheap

and dirty hack.

It allows exporting recorded 1920x1080 AVCHD

into 720x576 MPG as its best. I think class

action suit is appropriate for misadvertisement.

Actually I bought that one. And learned thease things later. Still that 25 FPS are interleaced. This makes it possible to upsample video to 50 FPS non-interleaced. I'm currently using bash script on linux to pipe that AVCHD into scaled down, slightly cropped, frame rate upsampled MGP4 format.

Umm idk I couldn't tell you bud. But Canon is VERY nice . Cmos sensor full HD resolution true 24p mode..Very nice cameras

Personally I prefer flash based camcorders, I find it nice and easy to remove the media and use it directly with the PC.

Flash is just as easy, if not easier, than MiniDV. I guess it depends on the edit SW used though!

Panasonic lies about it's capability of being able to do Full HD 1920 x 1080, 30 FPS!!! It does 25 FPS instead on this resolution ! So movements doesn't look smooth especially on the full resolution viewing.
