Bad make up. Max shouldn't look like he's on the mask. Whats with the homer simpson hair? Poorly edited too, max moved in a logical way back in the day he didn't jump around for no reason...

@Oculas9 it's a look that was made for 2008 Channel 4 commercials in the UK for their new digital service - it was made to make him look "old" and grumpy on purpose. I hate it too ; )

hootyhaha I said "used to" because I totally forgot he even existed after the 80s. There are things I remember from the 80s and some things I simply forgot. Also the same things we used to like years ago might not be something we like anymore as adults. It's still an interesting character.

Me thinks MAX has gone a little INSANE in his old age, shame really because I used to love watching him when I was a kid, good to see they still model him on Matt Frewer albeit a more creepy resurrection of him lol

He IS Matt Frewer. Always has been. There was never any computer involved in the generation of Max (unless you count his background). It was all Frewer, a camera, some makeup, and some quirky on-the-spot video editing.

No, they use a Model Matrix which is built based on a Rubber and Fibreglass Suit Matt Frewer Wears, and they add Textures and Bump Mapping and Render everything in Real Time, belive me, Max Headroom IS Computer generated, always has been, always will be, albeit partly, check out Max 2. 0 at maxheadroom. com
