this was one of my son's favorite songs. he used to play it all the time. he died in 2007, a month before his 21st birthday. he made some bad choices for himself but always accepted the consequences for his actions.. i had this song played at his funeral. it brought so much truth to him and what he stood for. thank you george jones for makin music that is so close to our every day lives..
