trey henderson from BC was first (64m) he is at USC for football and is throwing hammer too. dustin kiefer from london was third with 56m, last i heard he was trying MMA now. i think i threw the 5kg 51.51m after i got mono during that season w/minimal practice (two turn grip and rip).
Who got first and third? I'm a Second Year Juvenile this year but I'm gonna try and go to Junior Nats. Good job though! How far did you throw when you were a Juvenile?
