  • @PIcKLez9eh4 If you want a basic layour do 1 day upper, 1 day lower, back day, and a core or cardio day 4 times a week. Do compound movements like bench, or variations of bench like incline/ decline, then do like squats on legs day, and rows and deadlifts for back day. cardio is self explanatory
