Only saw him that one time in Austin Tx... He signed my 3 albums...He and his band "Universe" put one of the best showed I have ever seen!  RIP Jimmy.

this is a lovely song it brings tears to my eyes and only elvis can bring tears to my eyes with some songs but jimmy is an amazeing tallent a god given tallent not just another impersonator this and the song and patches are my fav god bless him

I`ve seen Doug Church 3 times and he isnt in the same catagory with Jimmy Ellis, Jimmy is the closest to Elvis but I can still tell him and Elvis apart....

jimmy ellis is a true talent not trying to be like elvis just natural but doug church is also awseome jimmy had alot of his own songs and tried to make it one his own but for a whole package it has to be shawn klush although jimmy is the most natural gifted entertainer

Doug Church is a pale shadow of the talent of the late Jimmy Ellis.

Doug Church sounds like an impersonator putting on an Elvis voice rather than Jimmy who sounded like a natural Elvis singer

I agree 100% with you. It can be ok to see a Doug Chruch show (wich I have several times) but he is an impersonator. Jimmy was just an unbeliavable true talent. One of a kind.
