Upon closer viewing/listening, it's actually a K3LA, also a common horn on the WSOR, but more common on the UP as well. Sounds very similar to WSOR 4076 which led Monday's JH.
Nice video. Sounds like that MP15AC is trying to blend in with all the WSOR units with that K5LA. I just missed these guys on Monday before catching the WSOR JH and JMA later.
