That is not a side lunge, that's a squat. For a side lunge you step out and bend one knee while the other one is straightened. Keep the chest lifted and press through the heel as you transistion over to the other side. Your body swifts from side to side almost looking like you're skiing. Sorry, but that is not a correct demo of a side lunge.
Can u tell me how often (days/wk) i should do these exercises? I want to strengthen my legs fast but I think I may be overworking my legs. Any suggestions?
what about doing lounges in place??no good??
