A few blocks from my house a guy has this car in his driveway also in silver. When i saw it, the car didn't look very standoutish, not very impressive for a supercar. No wow factor really, not really lamborghini impressive. The car's exterior design is so bland that it looks like a normal average sports car and not as standoutish as a rare supercar.

Horrendous review! I'm 5'11'' and I fit perfectly in it. I've never kicked the turn signals getting in or ever scratched anything. If you want to get a super car that you can actually drive every day this would be it. Ferrari is too aggressive, porsche is too stiff, and I guess Aston Martin would be too, but they are just not up to par (speed wise) with these other monsters. Without a doubt he didn't get to drive the car.

Sorry, Joe. The engine is 6,208 cc. Even the website says 6.2 L. I know, it's confusing to a lot of people. The 6.3 badge used today in AMG's lineup is just an homage to the old Mercedes performance engines from the 60's and 70's that were actually 6.3 L. That and Mercedes seems to reserve the odd numbers for the AMG models, while leaving the even numbers to the more relatively "mundane" models.

I thought that everyone, especially a guy that review cars, knew that the engine is a 6,2, not a 6,3 as the name of it in smaller Mercs may lead you to believe. Guess i was wrong on that one.

Besides that: I like Carscom when the review average and luxury cars, but you guys don't seem to be able to get the performance and soul of a performance car across to the viewer. I recommend people go watch channels like Evo, Autocar and the likes, for a real taste of what this car is about.

Overall it is a great car. I know history is important but maybe Mercedes-Benz of the 1960's retired the gull wing doors for a reason. I'm also disgusted by the interior dash board, unacceptable for a $200,000 car and that constitutes a deal breaker in my book.
