Also, LeBron does get these type of blocks too, it just depends on what position of the floor he's on as to how he's going to attempt the block. You also mentioned how Kobe did that in the all star game, a) LeBron's blocked that type of dunk by Kobe before (in a USA practice game), and b) In that position it's easier to make the layup and dunk than the block anyway!
