There is nothing wrong with your car. Cars have a system that at idle allows for more air to be injected into the engine. It's called an "idle air control valve". It will cause the rpms to rise slightly like your video showed.

sound like an EGR problem, better off to take your vehicle to community colleges, and ask for OBD to review the problems for free. You can find that for no charge instead going to dealer places as I heard they're making you pay $80 to check with OBD but colleges is free as you want to know the problems.
